This policy explains what information PRG Integrations ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter, The Lab, and how we use it. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and send you what you asked for.
1. Information we collect
- Audit form: your name, work email, company website, the area you want us to look at, and anything you write in the message.
- The Lab: the email address you submit. We do not track whether you open or click the email.
- Hosting logs: our host records the usual server data, such as the page requested, the time, the browser, and the IP address.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your audit request.
- To send The Lab, if you subscribed.
- To keep the site online and see if something breaks.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising cookies on this site.
3. Services we use
These providers process data so the site can run:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives both forms. Submissions are emailed to prgintegrations@gmail.com.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests those font files from Google.
4. Cookies
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may store nothing beyond what it needs to load the page and the fonts. You can block third-party requests in your browser settings. The site still works if the fonts do not load.
5. How long we keep it
We keep an audit request for as long as we need it to reply and, if we work together, to run that work. A Lab signup is kept until you ask us to remove it. Email prgintegrations@gmail.com and we will take you off the list.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
8. Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
